I wonder by how long he means when he says a long time? I'm pretty sure they are talking with in a day. Their current World of Tanks can be hot patched within hours if they find out they put out a glitch or some type of other mishap. I am sure that there is a process that they have to give the data to Microsoft and they check to make sure there is no virus or other type of bad software that could harm users and Microsoft themselves. They can't really allow Wargamming to just upload as they feel since if something happens it will be Microsoft's ass that gets in trouble. That is atleast how I would handle patching and updates if I was Microsoft.
