The thread wasn't even about me. Hold on, I've already mentioned this;
simply because I don't agree with people's behavior and the fact they feel like it's okay to do so online, doesn't mean I've been hurt personally by it. I understand the consequences when posting a picture of myself. When I'm not in the mood to witness or deal with these comments I know will follow, I don't post them. Someones I enjoy to post a picture and see all the silly reactions, because while they may be sitting there laughing (which I doubt is the case for ALL), by imaging me being upset, I'm laughing at how they're acting like they've even see a girl in their life. I just get dumbfounded by the fact they think such hurtful comments are okay, but that doesn't mean I'm naive enough to be hurt by them.

People are assuming I made this thread for myself, when in fact it isn't me I'm worried about, but others. I know the difference, but not everyone else do. Perhaps my extreme amount of empathy for others is just coming out, but I hate knowing such comments could make another upset. It's why no matter how much people insult me, I'd never resort to insulting them back. I could, but I wouldn't want to actually risk hurting them. Perhaps they're insulting me because of their own insecurities and why would I wish to make that worse? We've all went through nasty phases, I'm not going to hold that agasint anyone. We all grow up and mature.
I could make a thread about racism, saying how it isn't right, but that doesn't mean it affects me personally nor hurts me. I made this thread for pointing out something which isn't right, plan and simple. Not for others to discuss how I need to "get some balls".
