How would you build a balloon factory?
Answer if you want, I dunno. I guess I'd keep the helium away from the kitchens. Otherwise, y'know, boom.

I'd get a factory, some balloons, and some guys I can pay in gum to inflate balloons for me. OR using the latest developments in balloon technology, I will manufacture self-inflating balloons that can be purchased for a reasonable price and make some serious bank.
