ICE cyber crime center virus
My parent's laptop has been locked up by the "ICE cyber crime center" virus, and after calling tech support and trying to get rid of it, nothing changed. Can anyone help me at all in getting rid of it?

For those of you that don't know what this virus is, you might want to look it up before posting. It's some pretty high-class stuff.
