Scopes?
Do you think you will be able to customize what type of scope you have on your weapon?

I hope so, but it may be like Borderlands with the weapon generation how if you got a weapon with a scope (say an LMG with red dot sight) you'd be lucky, and snipers always have scopes, etc.. But you never know.
