We are in 12th century England...
Ok here's the deal. A group of a few individuals, including myself, decided to rev up the newly upgraded time machine to go back to 12th century england purely for the experience.
We've landed just outside of what will become a northwestern suburb of present day London, in a forest, not too far but a good distance from the nearest road and We've set up a camp to use as a base of operations.
With us we've brought over 500 pounds of food and drink, camera equipment, powered armor for everyone, 100 weapons of various types (Plasma Rifles/Pistols/shotguns, Gauss Rifles, grenades, mines, etc.), have set up turrets, have built relatively comfortable tents, and of course, we have the time machine which can be used at anytime if deemed absolutely necessary.
Also, anything we do will NOT affect history or the spacetime continuum, the time machine has a safety feature that resets time when everyone returns to the present (unless one chooses to stay or a local decides to come to the present and remain there) and the gateway between the 2 time periods is closed. Also time passes as normal in the present but that has nothing to do with this.
ANYWAY, Now, are you one who has come with me? are you a local from this time period? Did your cat go through the gateway and you have come to retrieve him? either way, let's go.
