Alternate History: Duke Michael Alaxandrovich becomes Tsar.
This dude was picked by the largely inept Tsar Nicholas II to rule Russia, sadly WWI and the Revolution got in the way. But lets say that the night he is named Emperor, he actually takes it, forming a constitutional monarchy and with the support of most of his army, defeats the Communists and continues fighting the Germans?
