What is YOUR weapon's name?
I don't know about you, but I like to give personal names to important items that stick with me. If weapons work like how I think they do in Destiny, all of my weapons are getting nicknames.
If you do something similar, or think you'd like to start, feel free to share a name or several.
Personally, I generally name large/primary weapons (rifles/machine guns) after women, small/sidearm weapons (handguns and sometimes shotguns) after amorphous concepts/ideals/states of being, and semi autonomous allies (Turrets/drones/pets) after famous generals.
Some examples I intend for Destiny are a sniper rifle named Lucille after my saber turret in borderlands. An Assault rifle/SMG named Marceline. Handguns named Harmony and Serenity. And a shotgun named Liberty.
Still not sure about any AI buddies but my first pick is usually either Patton or Hannibal, sometimes Caesar or Ike (Eisenhower).
