I like to see diversity in a video game. But the fact of the matter is, most people who play shooters are straight white males. Games have had their fair share of blacks and women as well. And I'm fine with that.

Not necessarily, just because a game does not address an issue, that does not make it fearful of said issue. For example, I don't have any Mexican friends. That does not mean that I am racist towards or afraid of Hispanics, simply that there aren't any which are particularly appealing as friends in my area. The same goes for games. If there are no romantic relationships at all within the context of Destiny, it does not mean that Destiny is now homophobic, simply that there was no relevant reason within the context of the game to explore homosexuality

It does mean its homophobic. There is no reason not to. if i felt really horny and wanted to experiment with my fellow NPC character. Maybe even add in Oral sex. I think it would show how Bungie is committed to equality
