Stars Cool Enough to touch
Now I'm pretty sure most of you aren't experts in astronomy nor physics, so I won't get a definitive answer. But how is it possible?
This is all I got from the article: "They are too low in mass to fuse atoms at their cores"
Is it a star or not?

It says "star-like body", not really specifically calling it a star. It is still a star though, brown dwarfs are extremely dense and emit infrared light.
