One theory I've seen is that the cargo in the plane wasn't secure, so it slid towards the back of the plane when it took off. That explains how the crash looked, you see that the tail of the plane falls, and the plane seems to climb straight up before coming down.

It clearly lost power, stalled and then crashed. I would be very surprised if the crash had anything to do with loose cargo, I suspect it was simply catastrophic failure of the engines or something to do with the plane itself.
