If I want Halo references, then I'd play a Halo game. Simple as that. I'm not closeminded, I am simply stating my opinion. I wasnt aware that this was supposed to be a forum for yes sayers? There are enough threads dealing with the fact that players seem to want a Halo like game instead of something new. I for one applaud the fact that Bungie is making something entirely different and fresh. Halo has been going on for years, and dont get me wrong its a great series of games and the story arch is awesome. Halo Reach is by far the best one imho, but this is Destiny not Halo. No spartans, no Masterchief, no red vs blue. It's a persistent online shooter, without capture the flag, slayer, king of the hill etc. It's something entierly new and I do hope that we dont see any Halo reference in it, cause that would break the immersion.
