Starlight Lance
I've described mental image of lasers criss-crossing through space as lances of starlight, and I thought it might sound cool as a ship name.
Darkest Before Dawn
It just sounds pretty cool. Would be a fitting name for a UNSC ship.
I wish I could think of a funny name, but I'm not very funny.
