I'd say move the eyes closer together, unless you want the character to seem that cartoony. Not bad. A good tip for artists - beginners or otherwise - is to do all of your sketches in a different color. Do the rough outline in a blue, purple, or green, and focus on getting the basic shape down. Then, trace over your lines and add in fine details either with a pencil or a black prismacolor/charcoal. It makes it look like a frame from a storyboard or animatic.
