So the second amendment...
Since when does it say the right to bare guns? If I remember correctly it says arms. Which if we interpreted loosely enough could mean nuclear arms. So why is everyone assuming it means guns?

Well considering only the military owns nukes the only way a person could get is through them. Al they have to do is not sell them.
