Halo Games
Who here still plays Halo: Reach and Halo 3? More so than Halo 4.
I'm thinking of going back.

Halo 4 is Halo trying to be something it's not so I do enjoy revisiting Reach and H3.

Why would I play Halo Reach? Halo 4 is much better than Reach and H4 is not that great. I still go back to Halo 3 every once in a while, my favorite Halo game.

1 ReplyI bounce between H3 and H4. I'm a fan of both because unlike a large section of the community I didn't expect Bungie Halo, I expected something different and just so happened to enjoy it. But I like Halo 3 more... just saying.

The other Halos don't even come close (in terms of total allotted playtime in terms of single player). Except ODST.

1 ReplyI stopped playing Halo 4. Felt too much like shooters other than Halo for me. When I do play, I end up playing 3 or Reach. However, I do love Halo 4's campaign.

1 ReplyI would love to play some H3 again. I thought that it had the best custom games, even though Reach had better Forge. I suppose it's because not many of my friends played Reach, and the fact that I didn't try very hard on Forgehub to find good ones. I'm up for some Reach as well. I've been really enjoying Halo 4 recently, campaign and multiplayer.

Yes, there are other groups with this purpose but the main goal of this group would be to form gamenights around past games that don't have as high a population as they did. You can also make online friends if you don't have any. Such games could include Halo 3, CoD 2, Halo: ODST, Read Dead Redemption, Minecraft and whatever you'd like. The group wouldn't solely be focused on multiplayer, we could also do campaign co-op gamenights, or whatever. Is this a good idea or not? Let me know.

I play Reach and ODST way more than I play Halo 4. I love Halo 4's campaign and story I can only play the campaign so many times. So the only time I play Halo 4 anymore is to try out the new playlists or maps that come out see if they are any better than the previous ones.

I've been playing a lot of Halo Custom Edition lately. "Open Sauce" brings new life into the game.

I still play both Reach and 3. I just recently played Reach, and SWAT, Snipers, Invasion, and Slayer(Vanilla and Super) was a lot of fun. I haven't played Halo 3 in sometime, but it is also still good.

I've not so much as even looked at Reach since Halo 4 came out, the only time I plan on ever playing Reach again is when I do my complete series playthrough. I replayed ODST the other day and all it did was consolidate its position as my overall favourite game in the series.

I play 4 pretty much daily. Haven't played 3 since 4 launched, and I've only played Reach once since, for a community gamenight.

I have only been playing Halo 4 once a week when spartan ops comes out but since its done I haven't touched Halo 4. As for the other games I don't play often anymore either. The only people left on them it seems are the extreme noobs or tryhards and I get teamed up with the noobs. BTW does anyone know when they are doing more spartan ops?
