Destiny not releasing this year can be chalked upto the fact that the game is simply not complete yet and needs more time. But what I want to know is that in which month next year will Activision release the game? Will they release it early next year so as to give the game some breathing room but at the same time risk losing consumer interest and the buying momentum carrying over to the holiday season. Or will they release it in the fall well near the holidays but again at risk of cannibalzing its sales as well as affecting their other major franchise Call of Duty? I will really like to read what other posters think about this situation.
