Because they obviously have a very poor understanding of life in general. If you categorise someone as a creep by not having sex by a certain age I struggle to understand how the person who thinks that could have an IQ above 70. You may think I'm skirting the question but I have better things to do than write thesis length answers to why you're opinion is idiotic and everyone who shares that opinion is an idiot also.

Its not negative. I was friends with alot of dudes that were virgins when I (and they) were 17-18. Sure, we made fun of them all the time for it, but its all in good fun.
