Not [i]everybody[/i] is in their "prime" at 18 to 20 years old. I've seen plenty of people become much more healthy, attractive, happy, etc. later or much later in life than that.

Well than they must make a huge improvement because the majority of people are most "in shape" from 17-21 making the "prime" of that 18-20. Between work and college, many people let themselves go.

If you categorise someone as a creep by not having sex by a certain age I struggle to understand how the person who thinks that could have an IQ above 70.
