Creative Assembly who is also owned by Sega and make quite possibly some of the best strategy games around (Rome: Total War, Medieval, Shogun, etc), look to be tasked with the fantasy universe now. The gameplay from the total war series would be perfect for warhammer. Thousands of units fighting bloody battles in formations in non-stop war. I don't know if they have also gained rights to 40k but this alone makes me happy for the future that one day they might.
