There's more information. Each rings you see there ends up hitting a star of some sort. I'll upload another picture very soon. -
Kind of reminds me of a pentagram or something, like some dark arts cult stuff.

What if Destiny is about contributing to some weird cult? You may never know until you try it. Also bump With and without lines; http://i.imgur.com/rW46ulq.jpg http://i.imgur.com/g6ygucy.jpg In addition to that, there may be some trail and error to the rings and the points inside the circle. However that's the best I can do to see where they may end up. There's seven points on the "Main" circle, and seven points inside the circle. I believe this is due to the "Day and night"? But that's how I predict it. -
Using your images along with the background images here, on the twitter page, and the Puerto Princesa map I was able to get everything somewhat lined up.
