My take on a Destiny Map Editor/ Forge

With the[little] information given to us about Destiny, we can only assume at what it might be like. What I am imagining is a world akin to that of Skyrim or Borderlands, except it will play like an MMO, in that there will be a massive amount of people and you may be able to choose your own,"Destiny" (cwatididthar?). Maybe on something like a server, but that doesn't change my map editor idea. So let's say in Destiny you have clans. What you can do for a clan is create a clan guild or something like that, for your clan mates to train, hang out, etc. Now how about you create your own homes and personal property? You can use Destiny's map editor to create your very own home (provided you have the resources.) In addition to all of this, you can just make a map for competitive play.
What if Destiny has its own currency? So say you can buy land, weapons, resources, materials, etc.
Well, that's just my take on it. Feel free to share your thoughts.

 • If it's open world, where plenty of players are on the same world. You can't really adversely effect that world. "Oh, I'm jusy going to build my house on this narrow pathway and block players." OR "I'm going to build my house where... oh, I bought the game a month after it came out and there is nowhere free to build a house.. damn." If there is some sort of clan hangout, they will be pre-made, and they won't be clan hangouts, they'd be faction hangouts. This is my guess. I don't know if forge will be included in this game. I really don't. I'm thinking this game will be more co-op than competitive. But we'll just have to wait and see. However, I'm still going to throw out a theory of how it could work. Maybe, there will be a coliseum somewhere in the last city where you can go for a traiditonal, Halo-like multiplayer. Where you can forge maps and what not for. But I think the main attraction of the game will be the story/open world aspect. As for an in game economy. It's basically gauranteed. Not real world money though.
