Did the last site update screw up text rendering for anyone else?

Firefox 18.0.1 here. Text rendering is now shit, very jaggy and pixelated. Zooming either out or in seems to fix it, but I'd rather not have to do that. Any advice?

Myth of Tyrant

I'm using the same browser as you and everything is working fine. Maybe try reinstalling or messing around with add-ons?
