The personal hygiene of spartans?(Halo universe)
I have always wondered about the personal hygiene of spartans. I have already gotten an answer to the restroom question and I am satisfied with it but I am still grossed out by one thing. The personal hygiene of there head. I have always wondered: how often do spartans get to brush their teeth, Clean their hair, clean their ears, and blow their nose? I can't imagine being stuck in a helmet while having to smell my own breath stench and the feeling of a runny nose and greasy hair all at once or even individually. What do you think about this flood? Do you think they have some space magic that fixes it for them?

Humans have lived for thousands of years without toothpaste or q-tips. Also, Spartans can take their helmets off, so they could easily keep their head and face clear of hair with a knife. Would they have bad breath or just terrible stench in general on long deployments? Sure. I think they have more to worry about.
