  • Hello there, Thank you for reaching out BROCCOLI usually points to the game losing access to the GPU (driver or device crash), so I’d like to rule out a few common PC-side causes: Clean‑install your GPU drivers Download the latest WHQL driver for your RTX 5080 from NVIDIA. Use a tool like DDU in Windows Safe Mode to remove existing AMD/NVIDIA drivers, then install the new NVIDIA driver fresh. Avoid installing optional extras for now (GeForce Experience, overlays, etc.) while testing. Disable overlays and capture tools Turn off Discord overlay, Steam overlay, Xbox Game Bar, NVIDIA overlay/ShadowPlay, MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner OSD, and any other screen‑capture or monitoring tools. Restart your PC and test Marathon with nothing else running in the background. Check for overclocks and power settings Make sure the GPU and CPU are running at stock settings (no overclock/undervolt). In Windows Power Options, set your plan to High performance or Balanced (not power‑saving). Try safer graphics settings Cap your framerate (for example to 60/90), disable or lower ray‑tracing (if enabled), and lower texture/graphics presets temporarily to see if stability improves. If you’re using multiple monitors, try testing on a single monitor to see if that changes anything. If you have integrated graphics or multiple GPUs Make sure Windows and your GPU control panel are set to use the RTX 5080 for Marathon. If you have any hybrid graphics/Optimus‑style setting, try forcing Marathon onto the discrete GPU and temporarily disabling the hybrid mode if possible Please refer to our Marathon help forums for issues on more related to Marathon. https://help.marathonthegame.com/hc/en-us
