my game crashing when i press enter in main menu without error how to fix that? error 1002 in windows event viewer - Top level window is idle

1 ReplyHold the Windows key on your keyboard, tap the R key to open the Run window, In the pop-up window, type: dxdiag and then press the Enter key. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load. Click the Save all information button, click the Save button. The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag.txt. Upload dxdiag.txt on a site like https://pastebin.com/ and link it here.
