I know, in PvE that thing has been as useful as a fart in a jar.
But on Void Hunter:
Fortunes Favor
200 weapons
Double void surge
It hits like a truck, with HL 30% damage buff coming on top of all the rest every time you have a void buff. And even more if you use the ricochets.

Well that's a relief that's one of like five exotics I would use and had to abandon, it used to do double damage when it shot through people and it had infinite range and shot through infinitely, It was great back when graviton Lance shot three bullets it was great back when skyburners oath had a full auto mode, it was great before they forced it to get its damage buff from ricocheting bullets off the floor making the chance of consistent headshots with high damage zero
