If it includes people who log in just to see what is for bright dust, or see what weopon zavala has, or checks xur on the weekend, I bet its pretty high still. Maybe 100-200k. If we mean "active" as in actually dedicating time to play activies, get fireteams going etc, I bet your accurate with ~15k Edit: add 20 if we count the people in the forum
