Didn't get dungeon quests after buying Light and Dark Saga 3 Dungeon Keys

I did all the dungeon questlines when they were free for 2 weeks but couldn't finish the last step for any of them. After the 2 weeks, Ikora had the quests but obviously I couldn't grab them because I didn't own the dungeons. I just bought them but now she doesn't have the quests, they're not in the kiosk nor in my quest tab. For example: I'm a Third-Teir Initiate in Sundered Doctrine but during the 2 weeks, I couldn't grab the last page to complete the quest. I'm still a Third-Teir Initiate but the quest is nowhere to be found. I never have money to spend on DLC and the one time I do, something is broken... please help.

Re-launch Destiny:[/b] Log out of Destiny and then log back into all Characters to check your Character and Quest inventories. [b]2. Sign Out of Platform Account:[/b] If the Dungeon quest is not present on any Character, please close Destiny and completely sign out of your platform account. It may also be advisable to clear the cache on consoles or to restart the Steam launcher on PC, or to clear the webcache or restart the Epic Games launcher. After logging back into Destiny, please log back into all Characters to check your Character inventories and Quests. [b]3. Check for Successful Transaction:[/b] If your Dungeon quests are still missing, please ensure that the transaction purchasing the Add-On shows as successfully completed according to the platform marketplace, that the purchase was made on the correct account and for the intended Destiny release, and that the Add-On shows as being fully installed.
