I have been running lawless contracts for days with a friend and completed probably over 100 and i cannot get a high level contract for the crystal. Meanwhile my friend has probably received more than 8 high level contracts. Is there some sort of bug where i cannot receive high level contracts? i have all factions maxed and have tried on different characters as well.
