TAPIR error blocks paying customers while new accounts work fine - account-level discrimination

I've been a Destiny player since D1, purchased every expansion including Edge of Fate. Yesterday everything worked fine. Today I get TAPIR on login. What I've verified: - Same PC, new Steam account → works perfectly - Friends with identical VPN setup → works perfectly - Tried multiple VPN protocols, servers, networks → TAPIR on MY account only - No bans or restrictions on my Bungie profile - Game files verified, cache cleared This means TAPIR is tied to my specific account, not my network or IP. Bungie is selectively blocking paying customers while free accounts from the same machine have full access. How is this acceptable? What criteria are you using to decide which accounts get blocked? Players deserve transparency.
