New Light experience
Something needs to be done about the New Lights. I have been watching streams on Twitch and I have noticed something. From day one when they log in they can get a full set of 300 gear. By being 300 the game automatically puts them into Expert content ON THE FIRST DAY THEY PLAY. Expert has champions and these new players get absolutely annihilated. Please make default difficulty tied to Guardian Rank. If someone is below rank 4 they should not be automatically dumped into Expert. I have watched a group take an hour to do Devils Lair on Expert because they didn’t understand champions well enough and that is what Fireteam Ops defaulted them to.
We can’t hold onto new players if the game doesn’t explain how to play.

1 ReplyThat's not the only problem. They put you at level 300, if you want subclasses other than solar, void and arc you have to do old content that only drops gear up to 300 which doesn't help of you want to level up. Its like the old content is a completey different game.
