I activated cross save years ago with an old steam account but never ended up playing destiny on pc since at the time I only had an awful laptop. I have long since deleted and gotten rid of that old steam account due to personal reasons, but because of the limits of "only once per platform" I can't fix this and add my new steam account to cross save. I have gotten around this for the past 6 years by exclusively playing on console up until around 2 years ago when I switched to pc as my main platform because I was tired of the limitations. I was unable to play on my years old destiny 2 characters on my new steam account after they brought destiny to steam, so I was forced to utilize epic games launcher in order to play on my characters, but I cannot do that for marathon. Is there anything at all that I can do to unlink my old steam account that no longer exists or am I stuck here?
