Unable to download Renegades
Hello, I was on xbox and bought a gift for renegades for a friend who plays on playstation. When I picked it was a gift I didnt have an option to choose a platform. When I sent it to him he has now way of redeeming the code but yet it says its redeemed. Is there a way this can be fix or my money back please so I can go a different route for him.

1 ReplyYou'll need to contact the platform support team, but if the code has already been redeemed then it will be your friend that needs to contact them to get the gift returned. High chance they won't approve the refund though. Did you attempt to gift it through the Xbox store? if so that doesn't let you gift across platforms - you would've gifted them the Xbox version of the expansion. You would have been better off buying a PSN gift card and giving them the code to redeem that so they can purchase the expansion.
