In your appeal, did you mention restriction - connection issues - temporary ban etc, also with that is this your first appeal that got the temp restriction reply or have you submitted multiple? If you've submitted multiple then it sounds like they're just giving you one of the generic responses to it as multiple submissions are not accepted. If it's been 4-6 weeks since you submitted the appeal and you're still banned, you can basically take that response as them denying it. Ultimately you won't be told why you were banned and any further appeal tickets will be ignored or closed.
