Why hasn't Xur sold tier 5's?
This dude be dealing with the nine he should have Tier 5 loot for sale maybe even a few "shiny" weapons.

I want xur to sell several weapons from before Beyond Light, not tier 5s. I want a Steelfeather Repeater.

Because everything else does. Just do 1 run of Frontier and you have yourself a whole loadout of tier 5's.
