It’s 2026, Why is exotic armor still so ugly?
Nearly 80% of all exotic armor is -blam!-. And always have been. Very difficult to make any guardians armor set look complete

So you buy the ornements

They need to let us use base exotic appearances, not just ornaments.

Because they were made with an isolated theme, not influenced by any legendary armor set Thus they are going to be the odd piece out of any set up

That is your opinion. Everyone's opinion is different. For example, whilst not an exotic, the season of the deep Hunter cloak. I think is really ugly, from what i hear, most thinks that it looks really good and is a must have. What if what you like is what everyone else hates ? It is impossible to please everyone.

It’s all personal taste isn’t it? If you like 20% of all the armour, that’s a decent amount to play around with.

How good or bad exotic armour looks even legendary is subjective there is no way to make something that everyone likes the look off.
