Think of it as the cooler older brother of rocket sidearms that do less damage but for much more range and minor tracking and intrinsic explosive rounds, though, they are more similar to micro missile frame grenade launchers than they are rocket sidearms. Just think about it Bungie, it’s a worse performing rocket sidearm in terms of damage in PvP and it has intrinsic travel time as well, it is more accurate but won’t hit as hard ever. Please make this a thing, gyrojet bullet pistols were supposed to be a cool weapon that just never happened, and yet you can totally do it. Please give it some thought, it’s not much different than things you’ve already been implementing that were completely successful, and I guarantee it being a special ammo hand cannon that is essentially a more consistent rocket sidearm but at almost any range at the cost of 40-50% damage they would do as a special ammo weapon with more reserves would be pretty sick(: You could let a perk make it as good as micro missile frame GLs for rocket jumping too😊
