Child account problem!

I did the Child KWS integration for my son's account and he still doesn't have access to the voice/text feature in game. How do I get help with this? KWS said that I'm verified, and they notified Bungie, but nothing works for him. I even contacted Playstation to see if it was on their end, but nothing. Also, we can't even opt into those options in the Destiny 2 settings in game. It won't change the selection. ANYBODY have any info? Thank you
