New Land Beyond Exotic Not Granted Despite Steam Ownership

Hello, I am experiencing an entitlement issue with the Exotic sniper rifle New Land Beyond. On Steam, my account shows that I own the content associated with New Land Beyond, and it appears as owned on the store side. However, the weapon is not available anywhere in-game: Not in Collections Not in Special Deliveries Not in the Exotic Archive / Monument Not on any character I have restarted the game multiple times and checked on all characters. The Exotic still does not appear. This seems to be a mismatch between Steam ownership and Destiny 2 in-game entitlement. I would appreciate confirmation of whether my account should have access to New Land Beyond, and if so, assistance in granting the missing Exotic. Thank you.
