Zero Lawless Weapon Mods have been rewarded after many Active Order legendary payouts have been completed on multiple weeks. These Active Orders have Lawless Weapon Mod Payout (Uncommon). I think something is wrong here. Uncommon should not mean 0 Lawless Weapon Mod rewards. Bungie can you help?
