Gambiteers: What advice do you have about invading/surviving invasions?

Cards on the table: I sucked at Gambit the few times I tried to play it, I'm just not that skilled at PvP, but I'd really rather not let my team and faction down. What works, what doesn't? Should we all be prepared to equip sniper rifles? Am I going to need to learn how to duck? I don't even know enough to know what to ask, but it seems like Gambit players are going to have a helluvan advantage this season. What should we PvE only players know that we don't?

  • As for surviving it's very simple hide far far away from danger. -dreaming city place = back of the cathedral. -the one with the beach and a broken cabal ship = underneath the middle or deep in the beginning or attack he's probably next to the ship. -The vex one with the drill you can hide deep in the back they usually spawn near the base or deep in that corner spot not the drill area usually though. I usually hit a portal if I'm nearby it and continue to hit them just to confuse. -the one on Titan with the spinny circles in the middle. Just hit the spinning circle and cocoon yourself somewhere deep, or continue to move fast they may not get you.
