Prior to the removal of this perk from the exotic, Blight Ranger had a clearly defined, situationally useful niche – It made Arcstaff into a support super by not only encouraging the user to provide cover/facetank enemies for teammates, it also gave teammates the massive benefit of huge super energy returns when the user did so. After all the reworks and merging Raijus effects into BR, it has devolved into just "block with super for no valid benefit to anyone". I see no reason not to give BR "orb printer mode" back in full effect and just have it offset the "roamer bonus cooldown" like Nighthawk does. Also, maybe just buff Arcstaff PvE deflect damage already.
