I’m not talking 2 more, I’m talking 15-20 more. With the amount of builds in the game, I want to be able to keep at least 3 from each subclass (Including kinetic-oriented builds, such as poison/melee).
I’ve seen games with simpler buildcrafting with 200+ loadout slots.
It’s just irritating to have to delete and remake a build whenever I want to use a specific build, it goes completely against why the ‘loadout’ system was implemented to begin with.

8 RepliesYoure 335 & barely play the game, why on gods earth do you need 20 loadout slots 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆

I'd like to add something trivial to that: I want to be able to put Finishers in my loadouts. Finishers are cool, but it tweaks me a little bit when my guardian does a Stasis themed finisher while on a Solar subclass (Yes, I'm weird like that.) It's not a big thing, but it would be nice to have.

6 RepliesAlso, artifact loadouts are long overdue.
-
It shouldn't be too hard to add another page to the loadouts. Its not like it takes up a massive amount of room.
-
We would need to axe the current inventory system or greatly expand it, as it is you'd be constantly putting stuff in the vault to make room for your next load out.
-
You can make as many as you want in DIM, and then assign them slots whenever you feel like you need them available in game.
-
Yep. We should go to 16

7 RepliesI can't imagine why you really need 3 different builds for every single subclass, but at the same time, more freedom to experiment and save successful builds isn't a negative from a player perspective. Bungie needs to be better at build experimentation if they're going to lean even harder into this "buildcrafting" focus. I'd take more loadout slots, sure.

It wouldnt be so hard to just add a 3rd column... that would be like 6 more slots top to bottom.
-
1 ReplyI wish we could name the damn loadouts in game. Or have it show stat distribution. DIM for the win I guess.
-
2 RepliesAnd separate cosmetics from loadouts.

1 ReplyI store all my builds in DIM and just have my most used in the quick slots. If I need one from DIM it's no problem as I include slot number in the name and simply save it in that slot once loaded. Only niggle is the longer load time from DIM but works for me.

10 RepliesFor those of us without a PhD in build-crafting, a quick-fix ‘best build’ button based on the mission or quest or activity about to be undertaken would be a great QoL change. The ‘best build’ will compile armour / mods / weapon options - sourced from one’s vault; and will only apply for the duration of said mission or quest or activity…and, once completed or exited, will revert back to the original build. For this old ‘vanilla’ tortoise - K.I.S.S. is the norm. Keep It Simple, Sir. 👈 That is all. Ease Springs! 🖖👻
