Not usually a person who comments in public about things like this but in light of all the negative posts I see regarding this game and how it has fallen off, I would like to thank whoever on the development team for what I saw when I loaded into the game today's. I recently returned to Destiny after a few years off and being originally a day one player on Xbox, I was pleasantly surprised to see the pop up message that I saw when turning on the game, the game gives an opportunity to get a unique emblem after a donation is made toward Destiny's support of the military and their families. As a veteran, it is amazing to feel even a little bit recognized for the work the military does and the sacrifices our families make to allow us to fulfill our duties. So, thank you to the developers and the players who make this game great.

First of all, thank you for your service. Sincerely, thank you. Secondly, do not let these companies fool you into thinking that they even give one iota of crap about you in the first place. These kinds of things are used to pander to people and make them think that they actually care about what ever cause they are promoting. This is a classic business move to try and garner some goodwill when all it does is just allow them to write it off on their taxes. Seriously, a majority of charities from businesses are scams used by businesses in order to skirt taxes. I've fallen for it before, I won't again. Keep your eyes peeled from the veil of distraction guardian.
