I am going on three months of troubleshooting with my ISP on cabbage error codes. I am blocked from entering anything other than orbit. I can load into and instance, see everybody in the instance with me via the menus, inspect them etc. I just never actually put boots on the ground myself, i just hang at the black screen before load in. I have tried on both PS4 and two PCs. I can get into game with a mobile hotspot, but that is a limited resource. I have done everything listed in the help section to the greatest extent of their security will let me do through the four different model routers they have sent. Submitted videos to them of me running about every NETSTAT command as well to monitor port traffic. I have a load of videos recorded of running all these commands but i dont think i should post publicly. They are now asking for IPs to use to test routing in Zenmap. I have ran the list of them listed on IPinfo and that hasnt gotten them anywhere to my knowledge. I know i cant have THE game server IP, but any help of recommendations of any other things i can run with zenmap or netstat commands would be appriciated. That or if i could get in contact with someone privately in Bungie support to go over this kind of stuff that would be awsome. I know that is reaching out far on a limb, but i have dedicated way too much time to this already and i feel like i am just slamming my head against a brick wall.

1 ReplyWhat is the make/model and firmware of the router, you're trying to use to connect? Have you checked to see, if your router has updated firmware? Are you connecting via WiFi or ethernet? (Ethernet is always best.) Are you using public DNS or DNS settings provided from your ISP?
