Titan Lustrous Armour Upgrade
How do I get to upgrade my Lustrous Armour to Tier 5 ? I was told on here at level 400 but that's not the case for me. Appreciate some help thanks

You can't upgrade armor tiers. Either you misunderstood or the person who told you that lied.
