Titan Lustrous Armour Upgrade
How do I get to upgrade my Lustrous Armour to Tier 5 ? I was told on here at level 400 but that's not the case for me. Appreciate some help thanks

Currently there is no way to upgrade the tier of a piece of gear you already have. The Lustrous armor set is only obtainable (from my understanding) during the Solstice event. If true, Bungie would have to change something about that or any of us getting any new pieces of this set will need to wait until the next Solstice event next year.
