While we don't have any updates to share, we've received reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further. In the meantime, you can click on the left thumbstick (or the keybinding mapped to the left thumbstick) on the character screen to enter the Vault Mode and move items. Alternatively, you can use the Destiny Companion App.
