Is Bungie aware that On The Prowl doesn’t activate during matchmade activities? The perk is supposed to activate the poison cloud and make you and your allies invisible when a teammate defeats your marked enemy. This does not happen if you are in a matchmade activity and dont load in with your own fireteam, for example, during strikes. This makes building around this perk extremely difficult when you are not in a fireteam with people.
It’s almost as bad as when someone steals your kill when they clearly see you charging up your thunderclap. Almost as bad. It didn’t help during the live stream when Bungie debuted the aspect, they made a point to say that it’s ok if someone else defeats the marked enemy. So this entire time everyone and their mother has been seeing this huge red marker, “oooo shiny” and shoots them, rightfully so. Them killing that enemy, thinking it’s helping your build essentially forces you to start over and over and over again each time it happens.
This bug with On The Prowl may not be tied to matchmade lobbies but I find that this always happens during strikes where someone else defeats the marked enemy and literally nothing happens.
